What's in a review

Every section, in the order you'll read it.

Every buy-side review comes back in the same shape, so you always know where to look. This is the whole report, section by section.

Under every section

  • →Every quote is checked against the document. A claim that can't be verified is marked low confidence rather than presented as fact.
  • →The dates are computed in code. The last safe day to act is 7 days before the notice deadline, leaving room for sign-off and delivery.
  • →Human review on request, free on every plan. A Sidecar reviewer confirms the report or adds corrections, within one business day.
  • →Attach the order form, DPA, or SOW and they are reviewed with the agreement as one analysis. Each citation says which document it came from.
